We participated in India Inside Bazar at Nu Sentral brickfields 16th to 19th. It was a great opportunity to introduce our Vada pav at this bazar and we got an overwhelming response from all customers.
A special thanks to all my friends for stopping by our booth. It was a delight to see so many people enjoying the vada pav.

Onion pakoda and moong pakoda

A Mumbaiite is no stranger to crispy "kanda bhajiya". Thinly sliced onions are flavoured with spices and deep fried in oil.

Moong pakodas are mildly spiced fritters made of green gram and some spices that are fried till nicely golden.

Kutchi Dabeli: " It's lip smacking"

Dabeli consists of pav slathered with tamarind chutney, mint chutney, stuffed with a spicy, sweet and tangy potato filling that is topped with other goodies like pomegranate, roasted peanuts, onion shev. The masala is homemade.

Ragda Pattice: "A little hot and a little Tangy!!"

The Ragda is made from soaked peas, cooked in onions, tomatoes and spices to give its signature spicy curry flavour. And the pattice is prepared using boiled mashed potatoes. The pattice is lathered with Ragda. It is topped with mint chutney, tamarind chutney and shev.
