But we think the better question is:
Who are you buying from?
We’ve seen it too often—
Someone buys a cheap alpaca elsewhere…
Then comes running to us when it gets sick.

🔒 To protect our own customers,
we can’t offer support for alpacas we didn’t sell.
Why?
Because we don’t know their history.
We don’t know how they were raised.
And we can’t risk compromising the care of our own animals and clients.
So if you’re thinking about getting an alpaca, here’s what we recommend:
✅ Choose a seller who raises alpacas themselves.
✅ Choose someone who’s honest—even about the animal’s flaws.
✅ Choose someone who screens you—because they care.
✅ Choose someone who will still answer your messages after the sale.
