We’ve got a wide range of costumes for all occasions and everything in between, you’ll find the most in different theme and sizes, for both males and females (including cross-dressing options). Not only our costumes look good, they also maintained with a strict quality control, hence that they are always clean and looking as-new. With over 20,000 quality rental costumes to choose from, you’ll find what you need to impress everyone else. * Offers you personalized styling. ~ We believe in providing you with quality service. Our friendly Costume Ambassadors will assist you in selecting that perfect look for your event. Go glamorous, wacky, cultural, old-school, futuristic, or simply diva. * Gives you flexibility ~ We know you enjoy the freedom of mixing-and-matching your costume. We do too, which is why we allow you the option of having your costume your way. We have wigs, head-wear, props & accessories for you to choose from. We also create made-to-measure costumes, just so you’ll have the perfect fit. * HOW DO I RENT A COSTUME? If you're renting a costume for the first time, we recommend that you allow an hour of time to visit our boutique. You'll need less time if you know what you want or need (by browsing our photo album online); you may need more time if you don't know what you want to try. Our Costume Ambassadors are always eager to help offer suggestions for you. ~Step 1: - If you know what you want to try, tell us and our Costume Ambassadors will help you to pick it out. Most of our costumes come in packaged sets, which include wigs, headpieces, costume accessories or props. Most importantly, enjoy the experience of trying on our costumes! ~Step 2: - You have found the one you want! Reserve that costume by paying the booking fee to secure your costume. We’ll set aside your costume so no one else can rent it. The fee can be transferred to another costume ONE TIME (3 days prior to your event date), if you change your mind, but it is not refundable. - The costume cannot be booked by E-mail or telephone. ~Step 3: - On pick-up day, you will need to pay: A) The Rental fee and B) The Security Refundable Deposit (you can use your booking reservation fee if you wish). A cash or NETS deposit of RM50/100/200 per costume will be needed as a Security Refundable Deposit per costume. - All rentals are based on a 3 day rental period only. Customers are allowed to collect the costume 1 day before the event and have to return to us 1 day after the event i.e.: If your dinner took place on Saturday evening, you can collect your costume on Friday and have to return on Sunday AND if your dinner took place on Wednesday evening, you can collect your costume on Monday and have to return on Thursday. *Step 4: - On return day, your Security Refundable Deposit will be returned to you if you have returned all of the pieces in good shape and on time. *RENTAL FEES ~ Our prices for full set (costume and accessories) set range start from RM60/80/100 (for kids costume: simple to moderate design), 100/120/150/200/250/300/350/400/500 (kids costume: moderate to elaborate design @ adult costume: simple to elaborate design) depending on the size, costume design and accessories. Refundable deposit is minimum RM50 to RM100 to RM200 per costume depending on the value of the costumes. ~ Full-set costumes typically include headpieces, costume jewelleries, hats, or hand props. Wigs and Shoes or boots are rent separately or also inclusive for special costumes. Rental for wigs and boots are vary from RM20/30/50. ~ Our Costume Ambassadors will always be there to help you dress up in style. ~ Our rental rates are for standard 3-days, 2-nights. This is to ensure that you won't have to rush to return our costumes. ~ We recommend that you collect your reserved costumes 1 day before your event and return it the next following day. We also do allow long term rentals, additional days usally charge RM50 per day. ~ We reserve the right to collect any late return surcharges to the costumes, which may include the forfeiture of the Security Refundable Deposit. *RENTAL POLICIES ~ Both a rental fee and security deposit must be paid to take out costumes for your one day rental. Costume and accessories rented must be returned the day after the event (within 3 days from the day the costumes are rented) or earlier, unless agreed to another date and time. ~ Additional rental will be charged for each day late at the normal rental rate. A LATE FEE of RM50 will be paid by hirer for each day after the stated return date. All rentals are calculated from the time of rental whether costumes/items are used or not. ~ In event of cancellation, the rental fee is NOT REFUNDABLE WITH ANY EXCEPTIONS. ARON NAWI CREATIONS is NOT responsible for non-use of costume or accessories for any reason. All rental, deposit or down payment will be forfeited if this contract is cancelled. ~ All merchandise remains the property of ARON NAWI CREATIONS while in possession of the hirer. ~ The hirer shall keep the rented goods in good condition and is responsible for replacing any damage or loss that may occur to any item. Rented merchandise shall be returned in as good condition as when received. ~ In the event of damage, excessive soil or lost, hirer agrees to pay all charges deemed reasonable by ARON NAWI CREATIONS. Charges are NOT limited to the security fee. If charges are not paid, hirer shall be liable for all costs and legal fees to recover damages. ~ ARON NAWI CREATIONS will be entitled to utilize the deposit towards outstanding rental and/or the replacement of damaged goods. If the deposit is insufficient to replace or restore the damaged goods ARON NAWI CREATIONS is entitled to demand the hirer an extra amount deemed fit. ~ In the event of loss or non-return of costume, or any rented items, hirer agrees to pay the stated retail value, plus all collection, attorney, and court costs necessary to recover items or satisfy ARON NAWI CREATIONS loss. By law, failure to return rented merchandise is a CRIMINAL OFFENSE. Offenders will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. ~ A RM1 fee is charged for a missing hanger. ~ No items shall be altered without written consent from ARON NAWI CREATIONS. ~ Each costume described above is intended to represent only the character(s) described named and no other character, and shall not be referred to or portrayed as any other character(s). ~ Only cash, credit/debit card, cheques or money transfers are acceptable as payment, unless agreed to under special circumstances. ~ Costumes will only be made available upon confirmation of payment, not before. ~ The final decision if a specific costume and accessories will be rented out will be decided solely by the owner of the costumes. ~ Valid contact details must be supplied by and of the person renting the costume and accessories. ~ Any accidents that happen while wearing/handling a rented costume/costume accessory is the fault of the person(s) causing the accident. ~ Bribes are not considered or accepted under any circumstances. In case of two people wanting the same costume, both would have to negotiate amongst themselves, otherwise the first one who asked for it gets to use it. ~The owner of the costumes mentioned and/or displayed on this website reserves the right to decide when and to whom a costume will or will not be rented out for a time duration and fee decided upon ahead of time. ~ Any legal threats or similar action to force the renting of a costume will default in no renting to the person (s) or known related persons doing the threat/action. This is in particular applicable when a costume has already been booked by somebody else for the same time period.
