This is an invitation for You and Your Band to join International Band Day Idea (started in 2019).

Every Year, 2nd Saturday of June!
This Year 13th June 2020

All kind of Bands and Orchestras - wind, concert, flute, fanfare, show, marching, mallet, percussion... are invited to celebrate TOGETHER. 2020 is very difficult for bands. Thanks to IBD idea We can support each other. Thanks to our partner World Association Of Marching Show Bands (WAMSB) - IBD idea is spreading worldwide.

HOW TO CELEBRATE

If it is possible in Your country - prepare flashmob or just record virtually one piece with Your band.
You can also use FREE PIECE provided by us - see below.
Please, use IBD logo to show what do You celebrate.

Share Your video worldwide in social media and don't forget to metion
Send us link, that we can share it also on International Band Day fanpage.
We will appreciate any kind of celebration.

Hello everyone!

Since the Parade was so successful we'd like to run a show! We're calling it a "Show off!" Let's Show off your bands!

We're looking for the most recent show your band has to show us! We're going to try and set it up so we can do a new "Show off" every few days but the first one will be on Tuesday afternoon. (4PM GMT)
We're going to have a limit of 10 bands each show so they're not too long.

Wouldn't it be awesome if we could get a band from a different country for each show? Submit your videos quickly to ensure your band is the first in line from your country.

Email [email protected] to submit your video. Video MUST be a downloadable file, either via. Dropbox, weshare, google drive or even just in the email.
Submission "Deadline" for the first show is 11:59 PM Sunday night (wherever your time zone is.) We will keep taking submissions after that time of course.
