What Burger Giler Power offers is just that. Homemade patties sandwiched between charcoal buns and drizzled with their signature spicy garlic aioli sauce. The ground beef patties are lean and non-greasy, well-seasoned and savoury, pairing perfectly with the subtle flavours of the garlic aioli. The homemade charcoal buns, although slightly dense, gives the burgers a lovely smokey flavour. Sides inc

lude the peppery chicken broccoli salad and crispy fried mushroom. The burgers here have a great homemade quality as most of the recipes were developed by the founders and their wives. Later on, their friend, a baker joined the team and helped to create their bun recipes. The inspiration behind the burgers is pretty much based on how they like to eat their burgers, wholesome and rich with a tasteful blend of local and western flavours. Burger Giler Power is a family business, started by two brothers, Jason and Daniel Wong. They started as a home-based burger delivery service for their friends and family and it got so popular that they soon had up to 8 people in a small apartment handling 50 to 70 orders daily. After about a year, they got busier and their small kitchens were not big enough to accommodate the orders, so they decided to expand the business. They felt that shifting from a home delivery service to a full-fledged outlet was a big leap and after considering a few options, they opted for a food truck instead. The service at Burger Giler Power is brisk, staff are friendly and prices are reasonable. If you’re looking for a tasty ‘gourmet’ burger that is simple, satisfying and doesn’t break the bank, this food truck is a wonderful choice.

Dont mind the messy plating but this was seruously amazing!

Made this 'la mien' dish using dried 'la mien' and tossed it with a peanut sauce made with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, peanut butter (creamy), and our signature chili oil.

Salty, savory, creamy, and packed with umami exploding flavors. Topped with sesame seeds and freshly sliced spring onions for color, this was a real treat for our staff meal today.

Yes it's been a few years since we last made a burger for the public to feast on but the wait is over!

🤝 We are delighted to say that we've been given the opportunity and have partnered up with a local homegrown cafe called .kl to serve up again your favorite freshly ground and griddle seared patties!

A quarter-pounder (120g) smashed 80/20 beef brisket patty topped with a grilled aged-cheddar cheese, soy caramelized onions, in-house secret "not-big-mac-sauce", sandwiched between butter toasted sesame brioche buns 🤤

The .kl team have passionately spent time, putting in their heart and deploying their culinary skills refining the components to this burger led by 'Erina-godlike taste buds' of the head chef from Superluna.

One of the easiest and quickest broths to make that'll surprise you how flavor packed it is.

🍜 3 Ingredient Broth Ramen Broth 🍜

- Szechuan Pickled Vegetable
- Garlic
- Chicken Stock and/or White Pepper

For my toppings I did a roasted coriander chicken, some blanched baby bok choy, and a 63 degree sous vide egg. You can add your favorite toppings and it'll be a dish 👍

Orecchiette Broccoli

Orecchiette pasta with broccoli and a sauce made from the broccoli stems blended with garlic oil, dried local chilies, and a tablespoon of tuna (replacing anchovies).

The sauce is cooked with more garlic oil until they are nice and toasted giving out an amazing aroma. It is then thicken with the pasta water making the oil and water into a viscous emulsified sauce that coats the orecchiette pasta beautifully.

Before serving, the dish is topped with Korean chili flakes (gochugaru) and micro grated parmegiano giving the dish another layer of complexity in flavor with a nutty aged kick from the cheese and a warm subtle heat from the gochugaru.

The dish comes through with a pronounced broccoli flavor singing through the dish from the sauce to the perfectly cooked florets.

Different dimensions and flavors of broccoli all in one dish. Absolutely delicious!

Lasagna Giler Power more refined than ever. It takes a bit of time to make this dish and assembling it but the end result is absolutely worth it!

This one comes layered with our usual spinach bachemel but this time using local 'kangkung' instead.

A classic and simple tomato sauce executed to perfection and topped with gouda and parmegiano.

Baked at 250 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes and served with Pesto.

This time I didn't use fresh egg pasta sheets but something of a secret ingredient which will only be revealed when you given this dish a try 😄

Chicken breast simply seasoned with salt and pepper and pan fried till golden brown with thyme.

Nested on a bed of truffle butter mash potatoes.

Tangy and nutty Romesco sauce is topped on the chicken after slicing and Pesto drizzled around for extra freshness and flavor to the dish.

Salted edamame placed around for slight crunch texture that brings the whole dish together.

Greetings everyone, we know we have not posted anything much in the past year. We've been going through much adjustments as everyone, thus decided to indefinitely pause most of our F&B services except for some personal requests.

Anyways, enough about us. Many are going through tough times. If you know anyone in the Taman Melawati area who needs some urgent food supplies, do head on over to our friends at Khatulistiwah Cafe (opposite balai polis Taman Melawati). There's a mini communal effort of a foodbank.

We do what we can. There is hope. Let's hold one another up.
