Honoured to cater for retreat for the 3rd time! So touched by the feedback and grateful for the opportunity to serve tea time, dinner, and breakfast. It means the world to hear they loved my new Baba Mayo sauce which i used it with prawn skewer in tea time session.. freshly created the night before. Excited to add this fusion of Nanyang and Western flavors to our menu soon, just like our café name Jiak & Sip—where local meets West.

Introducing our homemade Roti Jala—made with only natural colorings and no santan at all! Just like our curry chicken, which is cooked without coconut milk, using full evaporated milk instead, to accommodate guests who prefer lighter, dairy-based options. A perfect pair for our Roti Jala!
