I was genuinely shocked when I read the news. It’s hard to imagine that a brand so integral to our daily lives is facing bankruptcy. Growing up, our kitchen was filled with Tupperware containers—they represented more than just storage solutions. They stood for quality and reliability, and in many ways, Tupperware shaped the way we viewed organisation in our homes.

Tupperware became a household name. Whenever someone talked about packing food, it was always, “Put it in the Tupperware,” even if the container wasn’t from them. That’s how deeply the brand embedded itself in our lives. Mentioning Tupperware meant you valued something enduring, something trusted.

However, the market is constantly evolving, and Tupperware faced fierce competition as new alternatives emerged. While the brand held on to its original model, the world shifted around it. Perhaps the business approach needed to adjust to meet changing demands. This serves as a reminder to all industries—adaptation is key.

We must integrate new technologies like AI, or risk becoming irrelevant.

Consider Nokia, once a dominant player in the mobile phone industry, particularly in Asia. Almost everyone owned a Nokia at some point. While the binge-watching show is mostly for entertainment, there's plenty you can learn from what you watch!

1. 𝐶ℎ𝑎𝑠𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑑𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑚𝑠. 𝑅𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑙𝑒𝑠𝑠𝑙𝑦.

Anna is many things, but one thing you can admire about her is her tenacity. If she wants something, she goes out to get it. She BELIEVES that she deserves this and more. Maybe the only thing standing between us and our dreams is… ourselves. This show reminds us that having a strong belief in our abilities and dreams can drive us to achieve what we desire, despite the obstacles in our way.

This lesson emphasises the value of strategic thinking and the importance of understanding the weaknesses of others to navigate your path to success more effectively.

4. 𝑇𝑎𝑘𝑒 𝑎𝑐𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑖𝑙𝑖𝑡𝑦 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑓

Our upbringing heavily influences the person we become. Some of us had a rough childhood or were never taught right from wrong.
