Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with many interns. Some come and go, simply fulfilling their internship requirements. But then, there are those who stand out—those who bring their heart, effort, and positive energy into everything they do.
These are the ones who inspire, who show resilience, who strive to improve no matter the challenge. They take on tasks not just to complete them, but to learn, to grow, and to contribute. Their presence brings a sense of joy and motivation to the workplace, and it has been a pleasure watching them evolve into professionals ready to take on the world.
I always say that attitude is everything. The ones with a growth mindset don’t just seek solutions; they push boundaries, refine their skills, and leave a lasting impression. And from my experience, those who embrace this mindset go on to achieve remarkable things.
I couldn’t be prouder of some of the incredible interns I’ve had the chance to mentor: Redemptor Makamache, Pascal Kleine, Prevelinaa Suresh, Tadshana Prabhakar, Alessandra, Ivan Lim, Nur Hani Khalila, Zoe Lee, Anaïs Fidelin, Frederick Chia, Wei Zin, Foong Yee, Mostafa Faiyaz, Phin Tian, Dahliah Aqilah, Naim, Jeremy and Marwan Salleh. Some have gone on to work in top corporations, others are pursuing further studies, but all of them have something in common: they are driven, determined, and full of potential.
To each of you, thank you for your hard work. Your efforts do not go unnoticed. No matter where life takes you, know that your dedication and attitude will always be your greatest strengths. Keep shining! ☀️
