Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions :
The holder of tickets voluntarily waives and releases Market Malaysia Global Meeting, Training and Seminar System (GMTSS) committee and the
venue where each event take place, from claims of any kind or nature whatsoever both in law and equity including but not limited to any personal injury or property damage. The holder assumes all risk rising from or related to attend the event whether such risk occurs prior to, during or after the actual event. Such risks may involve, for example, walking on steps or in dark places, walking among groups or people and other potential hazards such as electrical cords, uneven walking surfaces, carpet edges and folding chairs. Any litigation arising from or related to holder's attendance at this event shall be governed by the law of Malaysia and shall be adjudicated in Malaysia by a Malaysia court.
1. Security Alert :
1.1 Ticket is required for all trainings admission.
1.2 Those who cannot present a ticket or prove of purchase during a session will be required to re-purchase the ticket.
1.3 Ticket is required to gain entrance back into the event or training hall.
1.4 No persons under 18 will be admitted in to all trainings.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy :
2.1 Please ensure you have confirmed your availability to attend the training, including the time and date before purchase.
2.2 Tickets sold are not refundable, replaceable or exchanged for other trainings under any circumstances, even if they are lost, destroyed or stolen.
2.3 The above-mention circumstances including online trainings, Zoom link will be sent to your registered email 3 days prior to the training. Shipping Policy
3.1 All online trainings are conducted via Zoom online. No physical tickets will be shipped or provided.
3.2 For physical training, you will collect the tickets at the entrance registration counter on the event or training day.
