Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:
Apex Resources (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading event management company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the company's growth by managing sales activities, developing marketing strategies, and enhancing client relationships for both local and international events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for local and overseas events.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, sponsors, and partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful ex*****on of events, aligning sales and marketing efforts with event objectives.
- Manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting, reporting, and tracking sales performance.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Prepare sales and marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and proposals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences both locally and internationally.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, performance, and outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
