Such a sweet moment when one of our wedding couples came back to us, this time for their baby girl’s 1st birthday.

Truly grateful to be part of yet another special chapter in their lives. After a few years, we got to meet again… now with their adorable little one.

They went with a whimsical theme (a forever classic!), and of course it had to include her favorite… rabbits! 🐰🌸

Chieh & April

I remember when I first met April to discuss the decoration. She was very clear about what she wanted for her wedding, a simple, clean Korean wedding vibe, without the typical elements you often see in other weddings. I think we captured that vibe right from the first meeting.

At the second meeting with her husband, I was surprised when Chieh requested more volume, so we had to find a balance that worked for both of them.

We incorporated our own styling ideas and unique elements for this wedding. It was the first time we used so much lighting, neon lights, reflections, and our signature fairy crystals. We put a lot of effort and detail into crafting the arch. We also improved our flower arrangements to make them look more lively and natural.

Besides being the decorators, we also played a big role in planning and coordinating the entire wedding. Compliments from the couple and their family mean so much to our whole crew.

Experience with Weddwood
From my own visual mood board and rough sketches to the final look, we brought the theme ‘Cherry on Top’ to life! From the decoration styling to the custom-made dress designed specifically for the shoot, everything came together beautifully. The magical makeup by Kenny, and the incredible photography, lighting, and setup by Davis Chin and Michael Ngo, made this vision truly unforgettable.

Harry & Avalynn

We returned to this unique venue for a beautiful, intimate wedding. From the very beginning, Harry and Avalynn approached us with the idea of planning a small wedding that would be both unique and memorable, all within their budget. We introduced them to several venues, but we particularly highlighted this one. After their site visit, they told us it was the place they had been waiting for. Harry and Avalynn truly gave us the creative freedom to design a setup that suited the venue. We didn’t want to transform the space too much, but we were excited by the existing sculptures. There is no other place with such unique wooden pieces, which we were able to incorporate beautifully into our floral styling. We are grateful to the couple for their full trust and kind compliments.

Additionally, we were thrilled to collaborate with Jordan’s Signature for the matching centerpiece. The food of the night was also provided by Jordan’s Signature, our trusted and professional catering partner.

Boon & Amanda

Creating a wedding that belongs to both of them. As mentioned before, we’ve never done a very traditional Chinese wedding. It was a challenge for us, and of course, our bride had some requests—she wanted a more modern Chinese style, not too traditional. From choosing the venue to sketching and revising the designs, and finally to the finished product, we made sure to involve the couple throughout the process. We explained every detail and measurement to help the couple better understand their wedding. Besides receiving compliments from the couple, what really moved me was when the bride’s mother held my hand and said it was truly beautiful and that she loved it.

We also witnessed that our bride has a beautiful voice, plan privately surprising our groom with her sweetest voice for the second match-in.

Rom Ceremony & Tea ceremony

I met this cute couple, Benny and Tracy, last year. I remember Tracy loves the color blue, and every time we meet, they both wear blue. So, for sure, the decoration we set up for the ceremony and luncheon must have a touch of blue in the combination.

Ivan & Debra

It’s truly a pleasure to meet Ivan and Debra; they are both very chill and playful. When they expressed their desire for a timeless white and green theme, we were excited to deliver. They fully trust us and are open to design changes, even at the last minute. For this wedding, we’re attempting a unique waterfall photobooth for the first time. It’s crazy that I told them just a week before the wedding, even though we had never done it before.

Rui and Ting

A very nice place for an intimate wedding. I love the place with lots of unique rustic wood and just a simple touch of decoration; it can be so elegant.

Tiffany is good at finding the perfect place to hold her dream wedding at this unique venue. She loves the timeless color combination when she found us. I love that she even prepared her own wedding crossword questions to entertain the guests.

Ten and Hannah

Met with our two lovely doctors. Hannah is the most laid-back bride we have ever met; she basically let us freehand the planning and decoration.
She chose the summer-autumn combination. At first, we were quite worried about how it would blend in with the ballroom carpet and warm lighting because we had never tried this color combination in the ballroom before. In the end, we added a white combination to brighten up the whole look, and it turned out pretty well. New colors combination unlocked!
