Hao & Beatrice
Reception
Part 2

The dinner reception was held at Cove 55 Sera Hall. One of our favourite venues for an intimate wedding setting.

Hao and Beatrice envisioned a forestry, natural vibe something effortless, not overly structured, yet not too unkempt. After several rounds of meetings and brainstorming, we finally brought their vision to life.

We designed the space to feel immersive and connected from the table arrangements to the placement of every decorative element. Even during the dinner program, we carefully considered how the flow and spacing would encourage guests to interact and mingle freely.

This wasn’t a typical wedding setup. It was warm, personal, and thoughtfully curated to bring people closer together.

To complete the look, we leaned on a timeless colour palette, a perfect match for the forestry theme. With our signature crystal balls and delicate fairy lights woven throughout, everything came together in a soft, magical harmony.

A truly memorable celebration and even years later, it still feels just as special!

Hao & Beatrice
ROM

Part 1
Hao is the brother of one of our previous MCO brides. Back then, we didn’t get the chance to manage his sister’s wedding, which was something we really missed out on. But we’re so grateful she still thought of us and introduced her brother to our team.

Both Hao and Beatrice are based in Adelaide, so all our meetings were done virtually with about a 2.5-hour time difference. Despite the distance, every discussion felt easy and natural like planning together with old friends.

For their wedding, they entrusted us with our full services planning & coordination, decoration, the gown and suit from our sister company Wecouture. When couples place that level of trust in us, it truly means the world to our team.

From the very beginning, Hao and Beatrice already knew the colour palette they loved for their ROM ceremony. Warm autumn tones paired with touches of white.

And honestly, you can never go wrong with a classic arch setup for a ROM ceremony.
We styled the space with rich autumn florals and hints of white to complement the groom’s suit simple, timeless, and beautifully balanced.

Some weddings are not just about the design, but also about the trust and connection built along the way. And this was definitely one of them.

Kelly’s House
Part 3

The gold background was definitely one of the most special pieces. It was a handcrafted installation and a higher budget element.
Instead of the usual circle or square backdrop, we designed it in an oval shape to make it stand out. The overall look was unique, and Kelly chose a rare color combination to match perfectly with her modern cheongsam.

Morgan’s House
Part 4

A giant Double Happiness will never go wrong for a traditional setup.
For Morgan’s house, we created an oversized piece to match the scale of the house and make the whole setup feel balanced and grand.

Morgan & Kelly

Part 2
Old Courthouse
The ROM and tea ceremony were held at the same venue, the beautiful Old Courthouse. Kelly didn’t want to overdecorate the space because the venue itself already has such a strong vintage character.
She is truly a very bold bride when it comes to choosing colors. Every color she picked pushed me to explore a new palette. It’s always exciting for me as a designer to see how different colors come together.
The design itself was kept simple, but the color combination was carefully chosen to complement the vintage oriental atmosphere of the venue.

Morgan & Kelly ✨

I still remember receiving Kelly’s message while I was in the middle of traveling. Luckily, she was very patient and waited for my reply!

For their wedding, Kelly requested four different decoration setups, each with a different theme, her house in the morning, Morgan’s house, the ROM and tea ceremony, and finally the luncheon setup.

I must say Kelly has a really strong sense of color combination and design. She knew exactly what she wanted. Even though some of the ideas were things we had never done before, she still gave us her full trust to bring everything to life.

Part 1
Creating this truly Instagram worthy vintage setup was a dream for us. At first, everyone was worried the background might look too busy or messy since we didn’t cover everything with draping. But that’s the beauty of vintage styling, the layers, textures, and character are what make it special.

This project pushed us creatively, and I’m so glad we took on the challenge. Up until today, this remains one of my top three favorite decorations we have ever created.

Chong & Camellia ✨

When i first met Camellia, she told me she wanted something special for their wedding decoration something with a touch of Chinese elements, but not too obvious or traditionally Chinese. At first, I thought… WHAT, that’s both exciting and challenging at the same time!
Since Camellia has a design background, she came up with a lovely idea. Both of their names start with the letter “C”, and both of their Chinese zodiac signs are the Rabbit. So she ROUGHLY DRAW incorporating rabbit elements into the design.
From there, we created a custom logo featuring Chong as a rabbit fishing for Camellia the rabbit. A fun and meaningful concept that represents them perfectly.
To complement the subtle Chinese elements, we also designed a fireworks, inspired by the lion dance performance they planned during their reception. Camellia absolutely loved it!
We always enjoy collaborating with our clients to turn their personal stories and ideas into something meaningful, creating decorations that are truly one of a kind and made just for them.
