Our origins:-
Telang is the Malay name for the butterfly pea or blue pea flower that has many beneficial properties, is high in antioxidants and was used in traditional healing for inflammation, pain and diabetes, being widely used by the different races in Malaysia, in the Malay archipelago and South East Asia. Restoran Telang was started to bring this little beautiful flower back to the masses,

by infusing it into traditionally loved local Malaysian cuisine and drinks. We strive to serve the freshest and quality ingredients, i.e best of organically grown Ulam for garnishes, Premium Thai Fragrant rice and Pure creamy Basmathi rice where rice is a staple of Malaysians, pure gula Melaka for our dishes and desserts and the freshest coffee beans for coffee connoisseurs. We hope that our servings will leave you with memories of yesteryears, when food was just that simple and fresh.
