Salary RM2,500 - 4,300
Job Description
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to sustain a healthy partnership with both parties
• Brainstorming and preparing creative proposals and presentations for exciting campaigns
• Managing pre-event planning, liaising and coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaigns launch successfully
• Coordinating with suppliers, handling client queries, overseeing set up and dismantling of event, ensuring the venue is clear efficiently (Manage the whole process from the planning stage, right through to running the event and carrying out the post-event evaluation)
Requirements:
• At least some event job experience or 1 year in event management will be an advantage
• Strong verbal and communication skills in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
• Strong listening, coordinating and managing skills
• Team player attitude
