And maybe, just maybe, that explains why over 90% of our annual revenue comes from repeat business and has been that way since we started. And we say this not as a brag but with trepidation because we don't take promises lightly.

Paradoxical? Our aim is to relentlessly outdo every single event we have ever done, no matter how pleased the Client was with the results, or how highly we rated our own achievements in previous events. Is that sustainable? Is it possible to continually do a better and more creative job every single time and execute it cost effectively?

Yes.

We do that by seeking self improvements, constantly. And no matter how many times we fall, we pick ourselves up, again and again. Laying still and giving up is simply not an option. We challenge our own self-imposed, self-limiting psychological conditioning. Stay constantly fresh through new learning and keep on researching new ideas and perspectives. Always open to new possibilities. Stay foolish, stay hungry, as He said. This is why over 90% of our annual revenue comes from repeat business from loyal customers. Has been that way since we started. And we say this not as a brag but with trepidation because we don't give promises lightly, even if it is only indirectly through a higher expectation created.
