Do you remember when it was Covid and no one could get out apart from the selected few, and it was Aidiladha? 😁

Well, we came up with this product shoot. A Hari Raya Haji Hamper with our infamous masak lemak cili api Kak Hawa - 3 options to choose from of different combination and pax with delivery! 😎

I guess only during Covid something like this would work exceptionally well! 😅

Now who wants this to comeback? Haha 😅

The poster is too pretty to let it go to waste and we've only been sharing it on our IG stories about our participation and presence at the 1st Knock Knock Market of the year! We need to up our social media game! 😅

It would also be a waste and a shame to also not have this permanently on our wall to mark this milestone, our first self-deciding, self-investing, carefully picked self-participating bazaar! ever! Hahaha. As the organiser said "it's a different game!" And it is! 😁

Our Laksa Sarawak Aunty Betty packed for our customers' orders!

This is our second packaging type, perhaps the 3rd size option since inception. We have maintained the 750ml container but we also use the 1000ml ones for those we drop off at Sajian Utara cause we have to put the kuah (in plastic) in there together for easier grab-and-go.

But don't worry, everything inside is still of the same quantity and quality. 😉

So you can also grab-and-go our at Sajian Utara every Monday and Friday.

First time post carousel. Ever! I thought letak gambar kuah masak lemak cili api tu je macam pelik la jugak. Tak esthetic langsung. LOL. Terjumpa gambar udang berdekatan. 😅 Jadi kita satukan. 🤣 Didn't want these photos to go to waste.

1st photo: Antara activity kegemaran masa mula2 start dulu is memilih udang, sebab ada macam2 saiz, jenis dan harga. Tapi sekarang dah jumpa la 1 source tetap, but nevertheless we still hand picked our udang to make sure of it's consistency. Talk about quality control!

2nd photo: Masak Lemak Cili Api - kuah sahaja! That's right. Many of kuah kuning lovers like their rice drenched in kuah. Mesti order 'kuah extra'. Our mentor, who's a seasoned masak lemak cili api 'provider/supplier' cakap mesti jual kuah extra ni. Ada market. So we offer this in our add-ons! Yass!

Definitely one of our best seller. I don't quite remember when we first started the business whether the Laksa Sarawak comes first or was it the Daging Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api. I guess I can track back but perhaps it also doesnt really matter. A marriage of two states kata kakak ku. Indeed it is. From a very young age Masak Lemak Cili Api have been my favourite dish. And still is.

Our Laksa Sarawak Aunty Betty kita bawak pergi retreat kat Rawang. Best tempat dia. It was a sunny day yet breezy so it was nice and we got good light all day for a photoshoot!

Ni pun gambar koleksi tahun lepas. Kekeke 🤭Guna untuk our online delivery partners, Grabfood and FoodPanda. Boleh la pi tengok. Alang2 dont forget to order our Signature Dish ni! Best seller and all time favourite di kalangan our customers.

Ni koleksi gambar2 shoot tahun lepas baru nak post. Tak tau la kenapa. Hahahaha. But anyway, ni packaging "last season" they say 😅 The shape and size of our jar pun dah berubah but it is still our same home-based Sambal Berlada Amy!
