HOSTEL WARDEN (Kulim)
We are looking for a responsible hostel warden is to manage our workers hostels. Your job will be to provide admin and management support to coordinate all hostel and foreign worker related tasks required. The warden should be organized and able to multitask with ease. The warden’s main tasks include checking of hostels, managing the maintenance of hostels, fomema arrangements and tasks to support management of foreign workers. You should be familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets and presentations. Ultimately, a successful warden/administrator should be able to ensure our hostels pass audit by factory.

Job responsibilities (Hostel Management):
• To do hostel audit bi-monthly & fire drill bi-yearly
• To check on the wellbeing of the workers and ensure that hostels are adequately occupied/utilized by the workers
• To arrange Fomema medical check-up, opening of bank accounts, attend to miscellaneous hostel related tasks from time to time, etc.
• Liaison with transporter for workers transportation to/from workplace/hostel.
• Knowledge of foreign worker work permit renewal is preferred.
• Ability to do some maintenance work is added advantage
• Any other tasks in relation to your position as assigned by management from time to time.

Job requirements:
• Compulsory to stay in Kulim to work
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Minimum of SPM or equivalent.
• Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Knowledge of MSOffice – MsWord, MsExcel is added advantage
• Able to coordinate work tasks well
Only Shortlisted applicants will be notified.
Salary range: RM2,000 to RM3,200
