OFFSHORE CATERING JOB OPEN TO MALAYSIAN & THAILAND CREW
ðĒVACANCIES :
(1) CAMP BOSS - 4 paxs (Malaysian/Thailand)
- Minimum of five (5) years experience working at offshore oil / gas installations as a Camp Boss. The experience must involved at least one (1) Offshore Platform with POB not less than fifty (50).
- Must possess minimum of Diploma in âHotel and Catering Managementâ or equivalent.
- Must be well versed in the requirements of Muslim âHalalâ food especially with respect to the selection of fresh /raw of supplies.
- Must possess good supervisory management and inter personal skills.
- Must be well versed in inventory management of food, materials, consumables, etc, that is related to COMPANY.
- Must be familiar with offshore HSE requirements and emergency response management.
- Must be well versed with the extra requirements in food preparations, presentation and serving during special occasions and festive day as listed.
- Must have a good command of spoken and written English. Also must be familiar in writing reports relevant to these services.
(2) CHIEF COOK - 2 paxs (Malaysian /Thailand)
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience in the preparation of food and has been a Chief Cook at Offshore Platform for at least three (3) years.
- Must be certified as Chef.
- Must have as a minimum, SRP / LCE (Malaysian) and Matayom-3 (Thai) or formal training in food preparation.
- Must be well versed in the preparation of both, western and eastern dishes (Malay, Thais and Chinese) especially those listed in the menus
- Must be well versed with the extra requirements in food preparations, presentation and serving during special occasions and festive days as listed
- Must be familiar with the proper operations of all hand tools / utensils and with the portable and bench mounted equipment in the kitchen / galley. Also with the safety equipment normally found in offshore kitchen / galley.
- Must be knowledgeable in the requirements of Muslim âHalalâ food especially with respect to the selection of food.
- Must also be able to supervise and oversee all other work related to the kitchen, galley and dining hall to ensure that all activities are executed executed in a safe, efficient and professional manner.

(3) MALAYSIAN COOK- 4 paxs (Malaysian/Thailand)
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience in the preparation of Malaysian food and has been a Cook at offshore oil / gas installation for at least 3 years
- Must have as a minimum, SRP / LCE (Malaysian) or Matayom-3 (Thai) or formal training in food preparation.
- Must be good in the preparation of and eastern dishes(Malay, Thai and Chinese) especially those as those listed in the menus
- Must be good with the extra requirements in food preparations, presentation and serving during special occasions and festive days.

(4) Thai Cook - 4 paxs (Thailand)
- Must be a Native Thai Cook. The logistic & transportation arrangement of the Thai cook shall on a door-to-door basis.
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience in the preparation of Thai food and has been a Cook at offshore oil / gas platform for at least 3 years
- Must have as a minimum Matayom-3 (Thai) or formal training in food preparation.
- Must be good in the preparation of and Thai dishes especially those as those listed in menus
- Must be good with the extra requirements in food preparations, presentation and serving during special occasions and festive days.
- Must be familiar with the proper operations of all hand tools / utensils and with the portable and bench mounted equipment in the kitchen / galley. Also with the safety equipment normally found in offshore kitchen / galley
- Must be knowledgeable in the requirements of Muslim âHalalâ food especially with respect to the selection of type of food.
- Must be able to do bakery work if required.

- Minimum of ten (10) experience in the preparation of eastern food and has been a Cook
at offshore oil / gas installation for at least 3 years
- Must have as a minimum, SRP / LCE (Malaysian) or Matayom-3 (Thai) or formal training in food preparation
- Must be good in the preparation of and eastern dishes(Malay, Thai and Chinese) especially those as those listed in the menus
- Must be good with the extra requirements in food preparations, presentation and serving during special occasions and festive days.
- Must be familiar with the proper operations of all hand tools / utensils and with the portable and bench mounted equipment in the kitchen / galley. Also with the safety equipment normally found in offshore kitchen / galley
- Must be knowledgeable in the requirements of Muslim âHalalâ food especially with respect to the selection of type of food.
- Must be able to do bakery work if required.
(6) Baker - 4 paxs (Malaysian/Thailand)
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in the preparation of bread, pastries, cakes, biscuit, etc, including the Malaysian and Thais equivalent. Also must have been a Baker at offshore oil / gas installation for at least, the last two (2) years.
- Must have as a minimum, SRP / LCE (Malaysian) or Matayom-3 (Thai) or formal training in food preparation.
- Must be good in the preparation of bread, pastries, cakes, etc, as listed in the Menu
- Must be familiar with the preparation of special / traditional pastries, cakes, cookies, etc, âfit for the occasionâ festive days and others as listed in menu
- Must be familiar with the proper operations of all hand tools / utensils and with the portable and bench mounted equipment in the kitchen / galley. Also with the safety equipment normally found in offshore kitchen / galley
- Must be familiar in the requirements of Muslim âHalalâ food especially with respect to the selection of type of food.
- Must be able to do general kitchen work if required
