The most frequently asked question during media interviews is: “What do you think about Malaysian awareness towards sustainability in terms of the environment? Is it high or low?”

To be honest, whether the awareness is high or low doesn’t matter as much. What truly matters is that there’s always room for improvement—even for countries that are already doing well in environmental protection. The focus should always be on progress: Are we getting better than before?

I believe that we can already see a lot of positive momentum. Various parties—including the government, corporates, SMEs, NGOs, social enterprises, and individuals—are talking about ESG, reducing carbon footprints, zero waste, the circular economy, and more. It’s heartening to see more entities and individuals putting words into action.

The government has launched blueprints for solid waste management, aiming toward a circular economy. Corporates and SMEs are adopting ESG practices and incorporating sustainability into both internal operations and external activities, like organizing events related to sustainability . NGOs and social enterprises focused on the environment are doing their best to spread awareness and achieve their objectives. Individuals, too, are taking steps to live sustainably and become more conscious consumers.

So, don’t you see? We are improving. As Malaysians, we won’t stop here. We’ll continue to push ourselves and our country forward until we achieve our sustainability goals.

Updated News! We recently upgraded our game setup! Our latest game structure was launched last weekend at the Karnival Alam Sekitar event at One Utama.

We decided to upgrade our design and layout to ensure that everyone enjoys the learning and playing process. We believe that attractive visuals grab attention, create a joyful environment, and enhance the overall user experience. It’s especially enjoyable for kids, who find the information easy to digest throughout the entire experience.

Participate in the recycling event and bring along a clean empty bottle for a refill of 500g of eco-friendly dishwashing liquid.
