There will be many activities for our swimmers to participate including Best Merdeka Costume, 60 seconds Merdeka Quiz and singing contest.
The activities will be held during our class sessions. We would appreciate all parents assist on preparing their children for the activities being held this weekend.

Bubbling This is the first step to breathing effectively when swimming. Many beginners do not exhale and instead hold their breath whilst their face in the water which can cause panic and then cause swimmers to take short shallow breaths. By teaching children to blow bubbles we are teaching children to control their exhalation which should make them feel more relaxed whilst swimming. The aim is to have a constant stream of bubbles through their nose instead of a small spray of bubbles.
