2024 年 MTIB 精益管理计划 / MTIB Lean Management program

MTIB 精益管理计划, 旨在帮助木材公司通过减少浪费和提高效率来降低运营成本，从而提高公司的竞争力与生产力。该计划将由 MTIB 指定的经过认证的专业培训机构进行为期 6 至 8 个月的管理和指导。

同时，通过一系列培训、指导、评估和最佳实践共享，使组织能够通过管理体系提高生产力。

MTIB is currently implementing the MTIB Lean Management program for the Timber Industry in Malaysia. This program helps timber companies to increase productivity through improvement initiatives. The effectiveness of this program is proven through a reduction in operating costs by reducing waste and increasing efficiency and thus increasing the company's competitiveness.

This program is a combination of training packages, guidance, evaluation, and best practice sharing that allows organizations to increase productivity through management system improvements. This program will be managed and guided by certified and specialized training providers appointed by MTIB for 6 to 8 months.
