Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: How much is the delivery charges?
A: Different areas are charged differently. You are automatically entitled for a RM10 Off of delivery charges. In the event the delivery charges exceeded RM10, you will only need to pay for the differential amount.

Q: The promo says RM10 OFF Food. How can I enjoy that?
A: During check out, simply typed in the promo code and it will reflect in total.

Q: How soon can I get my order deliver? Why is it not immediately?
A: All items listed are pre-order. Meaning we only make them fresh upon order. Normally, It requires 2-3days in advance however, due to overwhelming orders, it is now 3-5days in advance.

Q: How many of you are operating Spring Rollies?
A: Only 2 of us (sophia & sarah)

Q: Can I self collect?
A: Yes of cos you can. We highly encourage self pick up at Subang Jaya SS17. Or you may engage your own delivery service for pick up.

Q: For Frozen food, how long can I keep?
A: There are absolutely no preservatives in our cooking. All foods are cooked, wrapped, stored in freezer on the same day of production. With proper storing in the freezer, it can last for more than a month.

Q: Are there any eggs in your food?
A: No. absolutely none. Not even in our dough (for puffs)

Q: What is the difference between Vege with pork & prawn and Vege Spring Rolls? And what about Vege Puffs? Do they taste the same?
A: All spring rolls & puffs taste differently. The ingredients used are somewhat similar but not identical. Very obvious, the Vege with pork & prawn contained these two elements. And for Vege spring rolls are all vegetables. And for Vege puffs, it contains fried dried shrimp. It is made to taste differently so you can enjoy which suits you best.

Spiral Vege Puffs 🥬

Filled with shredded jicama, carrot, chopped spring onion, cilantro and the main ingredient fried dried shrimp. The combination of sweet, savoury and aromatic pairing with our homemade chilli sauce. The pastry puff is made to perfection using 3 different types of flour which makes them flaky, buttery & crunchy every bites.

⛔️Warning⛔️ Be prepared to get messy as it is bursting with juices from the fresh jicama & the tangy chili sauce. Don’t say we didn’t warn you 🤭

A customer made a special request. To make the dough with only butter and no margarine.

The smell of pure butter lingers around the whole kitchen as I was kneading it.

Fancy a box of Spiral Char Siew Puff? Made from high quality flour, vegetable oil and margarine.

If you enjoy it in pure butter, talk to us and we are able to customize it for you.

Char Siew is marinated using family secret sauce recipe; leaving it overnight before grilling them to perfection. It is then cut into smaller pieces and stir fry again with a different sets of sauces together with green peas. And you think it can be wrapped instantly? No! It has to be refrigerated for at least 4hours before we can even start to assemble it.

“Good things come to those who wait” do you not agree to that?

Behind the scene - the taste of traditional spring rolls

The selection - From selecting the main ingredients like jicama, carrot, spring onions & cilantro to picking the freshest prawn & pork meat (we do not use frozen prawns & meat)

The preparation - the cutting, shredding, chopping, dicing, peeling, de-shelving, de-veining.

The cooking - in-corporates all prepared ingredients and cook to perfection with the right amount of seasoning and taste.

And lastly, the wrapping, packaging & storing.

Each batches are carefully prepared to maintain the same consistency and taste.
