公司近日关注到，Facebook用户Joyee JoYee女士在个人Facebook账号中，发布与Discover Fun with CoComelon at Resorts World Genting有关的不实言论。言论的发酵，已引起大众的对此活动的广泛讨论，令许多客人对此活动有所误解。因此，我方作为此活动的主办方，愿于今日进行公开的官方回应。

1. 我方One Universal Production Sdn Bhd一直秉持着带给儿童和家庭欢乐的精神去举办每一场活动。大众的欢乐和安全一直都是我们举办活动的首要考量。在过去的十几年至今，本公司举办的活动都得到热烈的反响，我们也十分感激大众对我们的支持和信任。我们绝不是只以赚钱为主要目的的不专业公司，也曾荣幸获得国内外不少的国际奖项和肯定，欢迎大众于 https://www.oup.com.my 多加了解本公司曾经举办过的项目，以判断本公司的专业性。

2. Resorts World Genting官方网站有清楚表明此活动的相关资料，每位儿童及18岁或以上的家长/监护人各需购买一本活动手册方可入场。相关资讯以马来语、中文和英文三种语言清楚列明，供广大群众参考。

3. 为了确保大部分的游客可以参与到全球第一个CoComelon 巴士游行和最大的JJ，我们尽我们所能的为每位客户做好时间规划以及预定最快进入乐园的时间。人数和时间的限制是为了安全的考量，因此每个时段只可容纳80个人。游客可访问活动检查站预定您的时段，名额有限，先到先得。

4. 在过去的几个星期，此活动得到大众的热烈反响，因此在制定入场时长这件事上我们也做出极大的努力，以确保大部分的游客都可以顺利入场。若延长入场时长，恐怕只会让更多家庭远道而来，却因名额有限而无法入场，加深大部分儿童的失望心情。如若30分钟时长儿童玩得不够尽兴，我们也乐于让家长在有名额的时段加费加时让儿童在乐园逗留更长的时间。

5. CoComelon巴士游行和见面会共有6个时段，巴士游戏时长为5-10分钟，JJ和Cody也于时代广场与大家进行每时段约20分钟的见面，绝对不是文章中写的“咻一声不见”。

6. 对于周边商品价格昂贵存在争议这件事，我方表明这些价格都是国际标准定价的，商品价格涵盖最低RM2.50到RM299.90，不存在文章中说的商品全都很昂贵的说法，也没有因为是快闪活动而抬高高于市场的价格。

7. 由于场地空间的限制，我们非常遗憾无法拥有更多的设施。如若等待入场时间过长，建议游客可以带儿童到云顶世界其他的娱乐设施和餐厅，如室内游乐园消费时间享受家庭乐。

8. 关于Joyee JoYee女士对我们定制的乐园存在的疑虑，我们也借此机会一一回应：
一、波波池的外墙高度为1.4米，此高度为防止儿童跳跃意外翻到外墙造成危险的标准高度，所有的乐园外墙高度我们都以儿童安全为首要考量进行定制，父母可在入口处观察到孩童的情况；
二、迷宫道的宽度是以成人可走过的标准来定制；
三、众所周知CoComelon的主要观众都是介于2-4岁的儿童，西瓜滑梯的长度和高度是根据幼童的标准来定制的。由于部分小孩会在滑滑梯时跳下/以不正确的方式下滑，工作人员才会多加提醒儿童正确玩法，以确保大家的儿童都在安全的情况下玩耍；
四、迷宫道除外的所有的乐园都不允许家长进入陪伴。成人有一定的重量，当过于多的成人踩踏上乐园会导致乐园下陷，站在周围的小孩会因为气模下陷无法站稳，导致危险。因此此规定才会被工作人员严格执行。
