Pick the small opening vase, loosely placed blooms and with different stems height.

Collection of dried flowers.

I used to get lot of dried flowers related question, like: does this/that flowers dried well? How to? And et cetera.

Let me tell you, the caspia, the lavender and especially that sweet pea, they smell soothing and sweet and insane and you have no idea how come. And that eryngium spiked like a tiny little needle. And the baby breath was as dreamy as usual. And the common alstonia’s stem dried so good in dark brown and textured. And the eucalyptus with their shape perfectly intact. And bunny tails swing the same as when they was fresh green.

So. Why do you keep the flowers?

Honestly, I discard most of the left over, cause flowers and beauty and art are definitely not somethings we get to hold on to.
But someday, someday I kept them as if life a pandora box.

I still remember the last time I held them. Last spring when I finally make up my mind to quit the full-time job and set forth into floristry. Like all of us, I had my wildest dreams.

It has never been easy to start from a blank canvas. Constantly asking myself if this really makes sense. But day by day, I am overwhelmed with the people, the resources, the circumstances, and especially the flowers, which never cease to love me back to life.
