The slogan “Love and Affection is our way of life” is a synonymous with our Resort’s commitment in catering to our valued guest’s needs and making them feel at “home away from home”. Opened in 1989, Cinta Sayang Golf & Country Resort was an 18-hole golf course with only 50-rooms chalets back then. Throughout the years, with constant development and upgrading, the Resort is now a proud 4-star gold

resort, awarded by the Ministry of Tourism Malaysia, apart from there Cinta Sayang Resort is awarded with the ISO 9001:2008 Certification of Excellence. Cinta Sayang is a venue for all ages, be it for golf, leisure, vacation, meeting, convention, sport or fun for health, we cater to all. Cinta Sayang Resort has successfully pioneered various activities such as Archery, Equestrian and Teambuilding facilities to be incorporated into a resort. We also offer all our guest free use of the fitness centre and swimming pools. Cinta Sayang Resort offers a wide selection of accommodation, with the total of 143 resort rooms and suites which are superbly furnished, providing all the comforts expected of a luxurious 4-star resort with individually designed en-suite bathrooms incorporating a separate shower and bath for the suite rooms, in-room temperature-controlled air conditioning, minibar, satellite television and internet service. Apart from chalets, we also have “terrace homes” in the sky which in comprise with 33 units ideal for families or individual on both short term and long term stay in the form of our 18 storey Sky Residences high-rise unit.

Let your customers do your marketing.

The best marketing for hospitality often does not happen through ads, social media marketing or printed materials. I personally believe that the best marketing happens in real life, where the customers are.

Experiential marketing, which creates immersive, memorable experiences in physical spaces in the hotel industry will generate more word of mouth publicity that will generate more revenues in the future.

Experiential marketing allows customers to interact directly with a product or brand, providing a sensory experience that goes beyond advertisements. Today for example, we have 500 local guests attending a seminar in our ballroom. When everything is done right, there will be a few that will enquiries for other future events from this group, most probably a few weddings or even family day gatherings.

One of the reasons why our food and beverage business have doubled recently, was through the recommendations of past event organisers.

We also have to do our part, the best that we can. For us, our food is one of our key features.....halal and delicious 😋
