Hello my dear lovely people, the 🔥🪔🪔Deepavali festival🪔🪔🪔🔥 will arrive very soon looking for something 🔥Homemade🔥 Murruku with best taste, here we from🧑‍🍳🧑‍🍳🧑‍🍳 TATA Krishnan Legend Venture 🧑‍🍳🧑‍🍳🧑‍🍳 (family team).....let me briefly short about our traditional muruku.Murukku is typically made from rice🌾 and urad dal flour. The flours are mixed with water, coconut milk🥥, salt, asafoetida and either sesame seeds or cumin seeds. The mix is kneaded into a dough, which is shaped into spiral or coil shapes either by hand or extruded using a mould. The spirals are then deep fried in vegetable oil. In modern era we also come with homemade cookies 🍪🍪
