Chocolate Almond Butter Cake by Xuan.

You may always bake this cake anytime as it's very easy. 🎂🎂🎂

Recipe

Flour 170g
Eggs A - 4 pcs
Castor Sugar - 100g (if you like sweet put 140g)
Chocolate Powder - 30g
Full Cream Milk - 1 table Spoon
Butter - 200g
Baking Powder - 4g
Almond Slice - For Topping
Raisin - to add into batter to get the sour taste. Amount as per your like.

Mould 7' inch with parchment paper.

Method
1. Mix butter and castor Sugar till white.
2. Add eggs slowly. Add egg by egg.
3. Mix well.
4. Add Chocolate Powder. Mix well.
5. Add flour with Baking Powder. Mix well.
6. Add raisin and milk. Mix well.
7. Pour Batter into mould.
8. Bake with 160 degree for 45mins.
9. Done and Ready to serve. ❤️❤️❤️
