Infelizmente, no momento da lesão, o operador do slide estava no banheiro. a gerência estava no local e chamou o paramédico local. Entendemos que esta situação tem causado grande sofrimento à família.

We are writing to express our sincerest apologies for the injury that occurred to a teenager while at our establishment this week as she fractured her L1 on impact whilst on a tube with multiple people , There are a number of rules and regulations that sit behind the slide, Unfortunately at the time of this injury occurred the slide operatior was on the toilet. management was on the ground and called the local paramedic. We understand that this situation has caused a great deal of distress for the family.

We are deeply sorry that your child was injured while visiting our establishment. We understand that this is a difficult time for your family, please let us know how we can to support you during this time. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family and your child, and we sincerely hope for a speedy recovery.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our patrons for their continued support and understanding during this time. We are committed to ensuring the safety and well being of our customers and we are taking steps to prevent a similar incident from occurring in the future.
