GSF is a social event esthablised in 2020 with the aim of bringing together people.

OMAYFEST creates a platform for the youth to showcase their talents as well as allows them entrepreneurialopportunities as stall applications will only be open to youth (age group 18-35). The festival will feature a variety of activities ranging from 7 a side Soccer Tournament, Exhibition & Trading, Gaming ,Night Show and Jumping castles for kids and much more.

A MOTHER'S PERSEVERANCE: Julia Ndafyaalako, a mother hoping to find her missing son, Spencer Mandela Nekale, has enlisted the assistance of local artist Qonja Elias Salatiel, who drew a composite sketch of Spencer depicting how the missing boy would look at the age of seven. Spencer went missing when he was three years and nine months old on 23 December 2020 from his aunt's house in Area 7 in Lüderitz, where he had been playing with other children.
