And a dear reminder of the bigger picture of Blikbeker... love the community I work with and for and that Inclusion for people with Intellectual Impairment and Developmental Delays can be a reality. Also super proud of my amazing team who worked so hard this week, with big smiles just showing how passionate they are about their work.

Early morning orders make sure we are up early and get the most out of our day! We love the freshness of the new day, the cooler air and just the vibe that comes with getting things done!

I've always been more of a midnight person, but I dare you to stay with Ivan who gets up at 4am and then serves coffee... Over the years my workload and coffee bearing husband taught me the pleasures of getting up early! And this morning when we had loads done before 8AM, I know why I got to like mornings ..

I can recommend it - mornings are the best, but early morning beats them all!

Our last Wedding for the season!

We love working at Ankawini Safari Ranch , and had the loveliest couple and crowd! Thanx to Cee-Anne Kuhnle-Kreitz and !

We used the main colors of the wedding Black, white and a hint of red for the dessert table.

We served
Marble cheesecakes
White chocolate mouse with a black crumble and summer berries
Our famous brownies made with black cocoa
Panacotta shots
And macaroons

The prettiest vegetable grazing style buffet

We served dinner to 470 pax this Friday. Chef and his team done amazing work and the team loved having them joined forces for this event!

Just love veggies and this table is definitely more than I dreamed of for this event!
