Some days we are the Private Chefs on a Hunting Farm, other days we are Cooking up a Storm for 200 pax. Last week we had the incredible privilege to cook for the Bellhaus Art Supper Club with the theme: Delicate Thorns. We designed the menu to fit in with the wonderful and delicate Ceramic work of Jacqui van Vuuren and the robust photography of Chris Johnston.
