JAM Events – project manager for the run up and premier of the Namibian movie ‘Under the hanging tree’. This involved social media management to promote the Premier screening and additional screenings, design work, media marketing, ticket sales and planning/management of the red-carpet Premier event.
We’re very excited to announce that ‘Under the hanging tree’ is Namibia’s first ever submission to The Oscars in the International Feature Film category. Wishing the team all the best of luck!!

All movies have english subtitles and will be screened every Wednesday evening at 7pm at the Village Opera House. Entrance is FREE with snacks and drinks on sale.
Seats are on a first come first serve basis so make sure to not miss out!

In July, the hosted the 42nd annual Medical Congress in Windhoek which was a huge success.
JAM events worked on this project together with the Medical Association of Namibia for several months.
We assisted with

* speaker gifts
* menu selection
* set up of all exhibitors and sponsors
* collaboration with the venue
* management of all vendors
