Responsibilities:

Bake a variety of breads from scratch, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
Prepare and cook a range of dishes in line with our menu and customer preferences.
Assist in developing new recipes and menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements.
Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a baker and cook, with a focus on bread baking.
Knowledge of various baking techniques and cuisine preparation.

Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
