CHINCHIN RECIPE
* Ingredients *
1kg Flour
125g Margarine
200g Sugar
2 teaspoons Nutmeg
75g Milk(powder)
2 Cups Water (lukewarm)
1 Egg
* PROCEDURE*
- Sieve flour, add in nutmeg and milk
- Pour the sugar into the lukewarm water to dissolve
- Add margarine to flour mixture
-Break egg into the liquid mixture and pour into dry ingredients.
- Mix and knead the dry and liquid ingredients together.
- Allow to rest for 10mins
- Cut into your desires shapes
- Deep fry and remove when slightly brown.
