Hello my dearest followers! It's been a minute! Am so sorry for leaving ya all hanging... It's been a hell of work stress on my part and time. But am back again and am promising on keeping ya all updated. So you know I won't be taking orders on this page till further notice but I will always be here to help give ideas to spice up ur cooking. So we are here on this one! This breakfast ideas here so healthy, delicious and desiring! This is a full English breakfast with different specifications.

First slide has the the american breakfast touch up with waffles, croissant, bacon, scrambled eggs, jam or syrup and nutella or chocolate bread spread. This is not only healthy but also good for kids. There are also mini sausages, toast bread, baked beans, milk, yogurt and butter, this also goes with tea bags and sugar for sweeting. Second and third slide the vegan or organic lifestyle for the elderly, parents n matures people as it contains less gluten, no diary, no sugar and more vegetables with the stir fried mushrooms looking captivating and the sunny side up and grilled tomato slices which contains alot of oxidants to go with it. Trust me to say it's absolutely healthy and you will be guilt free after eating this.

Hello lovelies!! Am here again... Am here again to lift ur taste buds.
First slide is basmati jollof rice and peppered goat meat, you can literally swear for me with this fish.

Second slide is mixed veggies stir fried rice in garlic,ginger and cu**in infused oil and a slide sauce of blanched tomato mutton sauce to go with it.

Third slide is fettuccine alfredo pasta... I try as much as possible to make it as plain as ever to get the perfect fine thirst to it, trust me you wouldn't like it when it too packed with protein and all the ingredients in your kitchen.

Fourth slide is seafood linguine with a dash of parsley...
