so a very dear friend of mine celebrated her birthday on Saturday. I had made plans for this birthday... I told myself this time I will get good pictures of the decor. I was even practicing reels so I could finally post my 1st IG Reel😂😂😂but alas rain had other plans for me.We were almost done with set up, just putting last minute touches, I was busy setting flowers on the welcome stand when I felt a drop of water on my head.I looked up and it was still sunny( cos I had been sweating profusely) so I went back to what I was doing.Less than 5 mins later, the heavens opened up. It was a mad scramble to unpack all the tables, I heard the backdrop crash to the floor😩 it all went south really fast😭😭 I had tears in my eyes and my friend literally laughed at me 😂I didn't even know @misizjdcaterers had taken this videos until he showed them to me. Anyway, the rain finally stopped about an hour later and we set up again even as guests were arriving.. Afterwards, I put my heels on and celebrated with my friend. Cheers to 40 years of fabulous Ogey.
