HOMEMADE CORN DOG RECIPE
Want to make delicious corn dogs at home? Here’s a simple recipe to get that golden, crispy result

Ingredients

200g flour

2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
⅛ teaspoon pepper
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 large egg
1 cup milk
Oil for deep frying

Procedure:

Insert sticks into the sausages and set them aside.

In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, pepper, and cinnamon powder.

In another bowl, whisk the egg and milk. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until you get a thick, smooth batter. If it’s too thick, add a little milk. If too runny, add a little flour.
Transfer the batter into a tall cup,Dip each sausage into the batter and coat it evenly.

Heat oil in a deep pan or pot over medium heat. Gently place the coated sausages into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Once fried, remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot and enjoy 😋
