This is a 12inches round pan...5layers of cake...(Each layer is about 2.4")and the total height is 12inches high/tall.
Baker A might do 12inches round /5layers...(Each layer 1")and total height 5inches high /tall
Baker B might do 12inches round / 7layers...(Each layer 1") and total height 7inches high.
In summary for this class 😁..the total height of a cake is the determinant factor to pricing a cake and if possible compare prices.
The next time u are booking a cake...pls ask for the total height if you are skeptical ✌️✌️.
