PLANNING!

Planning, especially as it relates to Events, is more than 70% of the job.

It's like sharpening your Cutlass to fall a tree. The tree will still fall if the Cutlass is not sharp, but with more stress and time.

In planning, we understand the aim of the event, (i.e. what the event owners want to achieve).
We inspect sites and venues, check for permits, emergency exits, even toilet facilities.
These, and many more, are what we do to ensure a successful event.

"This was one of the very few events where my emotions overwhelmed me - The burial ceremony of Late Prof. James Adichie (Odelu Ora Abba).

Ideal Executive Events was the official event company handling the documentary. I was making sure all units were working perfectly - the Livestream, different video cameras, Still photos, etc.

And then it was interment time. As the family bid Odelu Ora the final farewell, I could feel the intense emotion in the atmosphere, it was infectious. I couldn't hold back my tears, I let it flow. The stress from coordinating could not distract the tears."
