From a client...I was leaving peanuts out for my local squirrels and ended up attracting this crow. He's been coming to my home multiple times a day to get his daily peanuts. Today he brought me a dead rat and left it where I leave him peanuts. I feel super special now lol

The important of this plant, maybe you are an estate agent you sell land or you sell car, maybe you have uncompleted building,to finish the house is very difficult for you my brother and sisters,my father my mother go and try this work, tested and confirm within 7days you must sell that property,but for you that has uncompleted building you must finish that your building that year,by God grace

For those who are selling land and cars
This is how you are going to prepare it
Cut enough of this particular plant leaves
Squeeze it in a bucket with a clean water filter it then pure it inside white gallon or bucket,pure original honey inside,shake it very well,

Usages.

Take it to the land or car or property you wanted to sell
Sprinkle it all over the property or car or the land, house you wanted to sell,be doing this for good 7days after 7days stop it,the buyer must come and you must sell that thing
That is for the people's who wanted to sell something

So for those people who have uncompleted building and you want to finished that house under one year my lovely people's this is how we go about it,

Get this particular plant leaves enough of it
Get miracle leaves as many
Get round local chalk
Get original honey then white soap

Pound all this item together mix the soap with original honey
Go and buried it inside that your uncompleted building or you can take a little of that soap mix it in a bucket with a clean water use the water sprinkle that your uncompleted building for just 7days,
My brother for tht year you must finish building that house by God grace.

Did you read my post on the potentials of plantain farming?

Odogwu,you are missing a lot,go to my page and find it

Let's do the realistic paper work of how much you can get on plantain farming if all things are equal

An acre of plantain would occupy at least 700 suckers,though some people plant more

A sucker cost from #200,you can get it cheaper elsewhere

700suckers * #200 = #140,000

Let's estimate cost of planting, land preparation to be 200k

Miscellaneous 100k

Total setup cost : #440,000

(This is not the setup for a year,the crop can exist for more than 5 years as much as you maintain it well)

PROFIT PROJECTION

SUCKER PRODUCTION
A plant can produce 12 additional suckers, let's base our projection on 6 suckers

Let's say only 650 suckers out of the 700 planted survived

650 initial sucker planted * 6 = 3900 additional suckers

If you decide to sell this

#200 suckers * 3900 = Do the math

Mind you,removing the suckers doesn't stop the mother plant from producing more suckers

That is sweet right,it is

Let's go on another round of assumptions

Assuming a bunch of plantain sells for #2000( I sold a bunch as high as #4000 depending on it size and market)

#2000 * 600plants = Press your calculator abeg

This is tentatively how much you can get from plantain farming within 2 years

Though it won't all fruit at once but they will eventually do and by the next year of planting,one of the suckers would be ready for fruiting

All these won't happen by magic,you can only achieve this under good maintenance routine and consultation
