Life of a baker and client, we knew things are very hard now.

Dear client we are not over charging you but the material and ingredients, we are using is very very expensive from market.

Flour that we use to buy for 12k-15k before is now 43k. Same with butter and other ingredients.

We all knew the country situation, is only God that can help us.

How to make Eggroll Recipes;
Flour - 500grams
Sugar - 3 tablespoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Milk (powder milk) - 1 tablespoon
Nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
Eggs (hard boiled egg) - 12
Groundnuts oil for frying

Method:
1) Boil your egg and allow to cool before peeling the back and set aside.
2) Sieve your flour in a clean bowl, add all the dry ingredient i.e(B.p, nutmeg, milk, sugar and salt), and mix together to incorporate.
3) Add your butter and mix it together, it will form like a crumbs.
4) Gradually add water into it and be mixing, don't let your water to be much until it gives you a strechy and elastic dough.
5) Cut out a little like ( 65grams) and roll on a floured table with a rolling pin or round bottle and put your egg in the middle of the dough and cover it and smooth it.
6) Deep fry it on a medium heat, to gives you a golden brown.
