Plantain Dishes Are In Many Ways On Of The Most Palatable Dishes In The World At Large And Is Consumed On Daily Basis Not Just Because Of It's Sweet Taste But Also For The Nutrient It Contains (IRON) Which Is Good And Ideal For Strong Bones And OutOverly Well Being.

We Will Be Making Boiled Plantain With Vegetable Suace!!

INGREDIENTS

♦️Ripe and unripe plantain (Sliced)
♦️Ugu Vegetables (Sliced)
♦️Onions (Sliced)
♦️Palm Oil
♦️Scotch Bonnet Peppers (Grounded)
♦️Seasoning
♦️Salt
♦️Mackerel Fish (Cooked And Deboned)
♦️Cray-Fish (Grounded)

PREPARATION

Peel Your Plantain, Cut And Cook Adding A Pinch Of Salt, Cook Till Tender And Drain Out The Water When Done.

In A Clean Heated Pot, Add Your Palm Oil And Bleach, Add Your Onions, Pepper, Cray-Fish, Seasoning, Salt And Stir For 2mins, Then Go In With Your Vegetables, Mix Well And Taste Then Add Your Deboned Fish And Give It A Good Mix, Adjust The Seasoning If Necessary,
Cover And Steam On A Low Heat For 15secs.

Boom You Plantain And Vegetable Sauce Is Ready And Can Be Served With Any Smoothie Of Choice💯

Hello Kings Treat Lovers❤️👋
It Is Yet Another Sunday, The First Of The Second Month💯

Today We Will Be Making Coconut Sauce With Chicken Cuts!!

INGREDIENTS
♦️Carrot
♦️Green Beans
♦️Green Peas
♦️Bell Peppers (Red, Green and Yellow)
♦️Coconut Milk
♦️Corn Flour (For Thickening)
♦️White Pepper
♦️Seasoning
♦️Scotch Bonnet Peppers
♦️Veg. Oil (A Little)
♦️Salt
♦️Chicken Breast Cuts
♦️Spring Onions
♦️White Onions (Normal Onions Is Okay Too)

PREPARATION
prep All Vegetables In Desired Shapes and steam cook your marinated chicken breast, fry and set aside.

In the heated pot, add your chopped onions, then go in with your blended scotch bonnet peppers and stir, Add your your Vegetables, from carrot to green peas, your seasoning and stir, cover for 30 secs to avoid over cooking, then go in with your chicken stock, coconut milk and your dissolved corn flour, allow to simmer for 10secs add your fried chicken Cuts and stir, adjust the seasoning if need be and BOOM your COCONUT SAUCE Is Ready💯💯

Welcome To Make Breakfast With Kelvin Abels

Today we will be making Egg Wrapped Bread Toast🥪🍞

I officially welcome you to the first Weekend of February and as such, let's twist and rebrand our sandwich💯

INGREDIENTS
🔸Sliced Soft Bread🥪🍞
🔸Raw Eggs🥚🥚
🔸Fresh Tomatoes (sliced)🍅
🔸Hotdog🌭
🔸Chees🧀
🔸Salt 🧂
🔸Veg. oil🛢️

PREPARATION
In a cleaner plate, beat your eggs, pour in a heated oil and fry in low heat, place your sliced bread in the egg spread, add your sliced tomatoes, your hotdog and your cheese then flip the egg and cover the two slices of bread and toast in low heat for 5 min and BOOM your Egg Wrap Is Ready and can be served with a cup of Tea, Hot Chocolate, Fresh Juice Or Smoothie👍👍💯

Welcome To Make Lunch With Kelvin Abels

This Afternoon We Will Making Fish Spaghetti💯

INGREDIENTS
♦️Spaghetti
♦️Fresh Tomatoes (blended and steamed)
♦️Onions (chopped)
♦️Bell Peppers (Chopped in cubes)
♦️Vegetable Oil
♦️Cray-Fish (blended)
♦️Scotch Bonnet Pepper (blended)
♦️Fresh Mackerel Fish (Cooked, Fried, Deboned and Pieced)
♦️Salt
♦️Seasoning

PREPARATION
In a clean pot of boiling water, add a little drop of veg. oil, then add your spaghetti and cook for 10min, sieve and wash then set aside.

In a dried pot, add your oil and allow to heat, add your onions and saute for 1min, then put in your blended fresh tomato paste, blended pepper, and a little quantity of your Cray-Fish, and give it a good mix and don't allow to burn by turn it constantly, when dried, add your seasoning, pieced Fried Fish, salt and turn very well, cover and allow to simmer for 2mins.
Then after 2mins, go in with your spaghetti and give it a good mix, taste, and adjust seasoning if necessary, add your Bell peppers and turn for the last time, and your Fish Spaghetti is ready and can be served with Fried Fish and chilled glass of Pineapple and watermelon juice👍👍
