TO CONTINUE RECEIVING MY RECIPES TYPE "YES"
Puff puff.

Ingredients.
For about 25 balls of Puff Puff, the size in the photo above, you will need:

2 cups (250g) of Plain Flour
2 teaspoons of yeast (the one used in baking bread)
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ cup granulated sugar (or to your taste)
3 pinches of salt
Lukewarm water (for mixing)
Vegetable Oil (for frying)

Directions:
-Mix salt, sugar, water, nutmeg and yeast. Set aside for 5 minutes.
-Add flour and mix.
-Let the mixture rise for approximately 1- 2 hours
-In a large, sauce pan, pour vegetable oil into a pot, until it is at least 3 inches (or about 5 centimeters) high (too little will result in flatter balls) and place on low heat.
-Test to make sure the oil is hot enough by putting a ‘drop’ of batter into the oil. If it is not hot enough, the batter will stay at the bottom of the pot rather than rising to the top.
-Using your hands grab a little bit of mixture at time and drop in the oil.
-When the oil is hot enough, use a spoon to dish up the batter and another spoon or spatula to drop it in the oil, sort of in the shape of a ball.
-Fry for a few minutes until the bottom side is golden brown.
-Turn the ball over and fry for a few more minutes until the other side is golden Brown.
-Use a large spoon or something like that to take it out of the oil. I usually place them on napkins right away to soak up some of the excess oil.
-If desired, you can roll the finished product in table sugar or powdered sugar to make it sweeter.

EGG BUNS RECIPE
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 nutmeg
2 tbsp margarine/butter
8-9 tbsp water
5 boiled eggs
2 tbsp sugar

Method:
In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients
Then add the butter rub until crumbly
Beat your egg(raw 1 egg) and mix Together with the mixture of the dry ingredients
Add your water little by little work the dough till is soft and sticky but still workable
Cover it and let it rest for about 15-20 minutes work the dough again for a couple of second then you should divide it into 5 equal size (by weighing it on scale) tightly wrap each of the dough around the boiled egg.
Fry on medium heat turning over and over again till golden brown
Maybe I should stop posting recipes sef, since you people don't appreciate it because it's free 🥺🥺
