Ring Doughnut Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 cups (500 grams) all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons or 7 grams active dry yeast
- 1 cup (240 milliliters) warm milk (110°F/45°C)
- 1/4 cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 grams) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 grams) salt
- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk with a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and add the activated yeast mixture. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/2 inch (1.25 centimeters) thickness. Use a doughnut cutter or two round cutters (one larger and one smaller) to cut out the doughnuts and the doughnut holes.

Nutella Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup Nutella
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan or a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the Nutella and mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the buttermilk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Icing sugar 1kg
Glucose 1 tbsp(heap)
Gelatin 1tbsp heap
C.M.C (Dry season)1 tsp

Glycerine 1 tsp (only used during harmattan

Note:If you are working during harmattan season work inside your shop not aside to avoid your fondant from cracking, also use less C.M.C

PROCEDURE
✍️In a clean bowl sieve your icing sugar

✍️Add in your C.M.C and mix with your hands gently

✍️take a little plate put your 1/2 cup water and add your gelatine mix with your spoon and place on double boiler

✍️Once it properly dissolves add your glucose and allow to dissolve

✍️bring it out from double boiler pour inside your icing sugar mix in batches

✍️knead till stretchy before use

Cost-effective vanilla cupcake recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, combine the vegetable oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Nigerian fish pie recipe

Ingredients
For the Dough
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter (cold and cut into small cubes)
- 1/2 cup cold water
- Oil for frying

For the Filling:
- 2 cups fish fillets (boneless and skinless, such as mackerel or cod)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 small bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 small carrot (grated)
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup water

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the cold butter cubes and rub it into the flour mixture with your fingertips until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually add the cold water, mixing until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

In a pot, cook the fish fillets in boiling water until they are fully cooked and can be easily flaked with a fork. Drain and set aside to cool.
In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened and fragrant.

Instructions:
If the wings are whole, cut them into flats and drumettes. Pat them dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss the chicken wings in the flour mixture until they are evenly coated. Shake off any excess flour.

Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 375°F (190°C).

Ingredients
-2 kg all-purpose flour
-1 and 1/3 cup granulated sugar
-2 teaspoons baking powder
-1 cup milk flavor (powdered)
-1/2 tablespoon grated nutmeg
-350 g margarine
-1 and 1/2 tablespoons vanilla flavor (powdered)
-1 teaspoon cream of tartar
-780 ml water (approximately 3 cups + 30 ml)
-2 and 1/2 to 3 liters vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, milk flavor, nutmeg, and vanilla flavor. Mix well.

Cut the margarine into small pieces and add it to the dry mixture. Rub the margarine into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, mix the cream of tartar with water. Gradually add this mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring continuously until a dough forms.

Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and mix it for about 5-10 minutes

Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness. Use a knife or a pastry cutter to cut the dough into small rectangular or diamond shapes.

Spring Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
For the Filling
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced bell peppers (any color)
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup sweet corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying

For the Wrapper
- Spring roll wrappers ( grocery stores)or you check my page for recipe
- A small bowl of water (for sealing the wrappers)

Instructions
In a large skillet or wok, heat a small amount of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, bell peppers, mushrooms, green onions, and sweet corn to the skillet. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until they are slightly softened but still crisp.

Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, salt, and pepper to the vegetables. Stir to combine and cook for another minute. Remove the skillet from heat and let the filling cool.

Take one spring roll wrapper and place it on a clean surface with one corner facing you (like a diamond shape). Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the lower part of the wrapper.

Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the left and right corners. Roll the wrapper tightly towards the top corner. Use a little water to seal the edges.

Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling.

In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). There should be enough oil to submerge the spring rolls.

Fry the spring rolls in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the skillet or fryer. Fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until the spring rolls are golden brown and crispy.

Use a slotted spoon to remove the spring rolls from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve the spring rolls hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as sweet chili sauce or soy sauce.

Ingredients
For the Dough
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (one packet)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)

For the Butter Layer
- 1 cup unsalted butter (cold and cut into 1/2-inch slices)

For the Egg Wash
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix well.

Add the milk and softened butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a rough dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a lightly greased bowl, and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

While the dough is rising, prepare the butter layer. On a sheet of parchment paper, arrange the butter slices in a rectangle about 6x8 inches.

Repeat the rolling and folding process two more times, chilling the dough for 30 minutes between each turn..

After the final turn, refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll the chilled dough into a rectangle about 12x18 inches. Cut the dough into triangles with a base of about 4 inches.

Starting from the base of each triangle, roll the dough up towards the tip to form the croissants. Place the croissants on the prepared baking sheet, with the tip of the triangle tucked underneath.

In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water to make the egg wash. Brush the croissants with the egg wash.

Let the croissants rise in a warm place for about 30-45 minutes until puffy.
Bake the croissants for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.

Allow the croissants to cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
