It’s been stated on the trademark’s business area declaration that Miss Globe International ® Beauty Pageant Trademark in 28 countries covering 41 classes registered in the Patent Office, the European Union. ‘For: Promoting the sale of goods and services of others thorough periodic beauty contests’. According to the registration, Mr.Rasim AYDIN is the owner of the trademark who is currently the member of |R|C|A| Global Entertainment Co. Executive Board. He is also the owner of 34 different international Beauty pageants under the Corporation of the Festival of Beauty International Group Commercial Title. Miss Globe Nigeria®, Beauty Pageant Organization is being executed under the license rights of above-mentioned commercial title. I, Mr.Santiago Roberts this business on the grounds of the contract that we have signed with Mr.Rasim AYDIN who is the owner of Miss Globe International®. Mr.Rasim AYDIN is the only authorized person to hold the all of legal licenses of Miss Globe International ®.
