Requirements To Register a Church/NGO/Association/Foundation/Club etc... you have to get the following ready...

1. Select atleast 3 names for your your Organization/Church/NGO/Association/Foundation

2.Draft and get constitution for the Church/Foundation/Association/NGO

3. Appoint a minimum of 2 trustees and maximum of 10 trustee.

4. Consult a legal solicitor who will double as an accredited agent (this part here will be taking care of )

5.publication notice : you will publish your church/foundation/club/Association/Ngo in atleast 3 National Newspapers with one of those newspapers one that is widely circulated in the state where the church/foundation/club/Association/NGO will be located.

6.Minutes of the last meeting were members of the board of trustees where appointment, list of members present and absent, the voting pattern.. this should be signed by the chairman and Secretary of the board.

8. Minutes of the meeting were special clause was adopted into the constitution, signed by chairman and Secretary of the board.

9. Address where the church/foundation/club/Association/Ngo will be located

10.Passport photographs, signatures, Regulatory i.d cards i.e (International passport, drivers license and national i.d card) and addresses of all the trustees.

We will commence your Registration once this information are available.
