To make your yoghurt , you need these measurements,

2 measuring cups of animal based milk (Or whatever milk You want to use (peak milk,Dano, three crown any of ur choice)
1 LITRE of water or 4cups of water
4 table spoon of starter (any yoghurt with live couture)

*Yoghurt Preparation Process*

*Measure 1 litre of water. Heat up 70% of the water ( doesn't have to boil).

*Measure 2cups of powdered milk into a bowl.

*The remaining 30% of the water should be room temperature.

*Mix both water together, it should be a little hot.

*Add the milk to the water gradually and stir with your wooden spatula.

*When finally done adding the milk, use your whisk to stir thoroughly to avoid any lump present.

*When done stirring, sieve the milk and water mixture also to ensure that all lumps are removed.

*You wouldn't want a lumpy yogurt*

*After that, check the temperature of the mixture to ensure it's not too hot or too cold before you add the yogurt culture.

*You can do this by dipping your clean fingers into the mixture and leave it for 10 seconds, if you can withstand the heat for that time then you can go ahead to add the culture but if not, allow to cool down.

* Take a portion of the milk+water mixture and set aside.

*Add 4Tablespoon of the culture to the set aside mixture and mix properly.

* After mixing thoroughly, add the mixture in bits to the entire milk and water mixture.

* After adding the culture, stir properly and cover the bowl.

*Wrap bowl in a blanket or thick towel and put in a warm place without moving your mixture henceforth.

*Leave to stand for 7-12hrs.

Mix all together and knead on a flat surface

CAKE DRIP RECIPE

DESCRIPTIONS
▪️Cake drip is an icing itself, that is used to decorate cakes.
▪️Cake dripping is the decorating of a cake with a cake drip icing.
▪️Cake drip icing is used to decorate cakes.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

Any of the following ingredients can be used to make your cake drip icing.

♦️Condensed milk and Icing sugar

♦️Chocolate and milk

♦️Chocolate and whipping cream

♦️Cocoa powder, icing sugar and vegetables oil

♦️Oil and icing sugar

♦️Icing sugar and egg white

♦️Chocolate and oil

♦️Only chocolate

♦️Royal icing, white vinegar and colouring

TOOLS NEEDED FOR MAKING CAKE DRIP
🔹Mixing bowl
🔹Saucepan
🔹Spatula
🔹Cooker or microwave
🔹Measuring cups and spoons

TOOLS NEEDED FOR DECORATING WITH CAKE DRIP ICING
🔸Piping bag/dripping bag
🔸Palette knife
🔸Turntable

PROCEDURE FOR MAKING VARIOUS CAKE DRIP

( CHOCOLATE AND WHIPPING CREAM RECIPE )

Step 1: Break or chop the chocolate into small pieces and set aside.

Step 2: In a saucepan/pot, add in the whipping cream and bring it to boil. Then turn off the heat.

Step 3: Bring out the hot whipping cream and pour in your chocolate. Mix the ingredients to combine well.

Note: Let the cake drip cool a little before using it to decorate on your chilled cake.

( CHOCOLATE AND OIL RECIPE )

Step 1: Break or chop the chocolate and put it in a stainless bowl.

Step 2: Place the bowl in a boiling water to dissolve the chocolate.

Step 3: Then add 1 or 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix to combine well. You cake drip is ready.

( ROYAL ICING, WHITE VINEGAR AND OIL RECIPE )

Step 1: In a bowl, add in your royal icing.

Step 2: Then add in the white vinegar bit by bit as you mix until you achieve your consistency of choice.

Step 3: Then add in your colouring of choice and mix to combine well.

BUNS RECIPE.
3 cups all-purpose Flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoons salt
3 eggs
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
Vegetable oil for deep frying.

Procedure: Get your ingredients ready.
Next, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
Add the wet ingredients: milk, eggs, and melted butter, and stir until properly combined without seed.
Gently scoop little by little of round batter inside the oil. When they are brown on one side, flip them and allow them to continue to cook until they are golden browned on both sides.
Once done, remove them from the oil and place on paper towels or a cooling rack to drain off any excess oil.

👉 MOIST LEMON CUPCAKE RECIPE

Ingredients
1 Cup of Flour (Sifted)
1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
½ cup of Liquid Milk
¼ cup of Oil
⅔ cup of Sugar
½ teaspoon of Lemon flavour extract
2 tablespoons of Lemon Zest
1 Egg...

Procedure
- In a bowl, Mix Sugar and Lemon zest,
Stir together, then Add lemon extract, Add Egg,
Afterwards pour in the milk...Mix together
Then add Flour and baking powder...Keep mixing
-Lastly, pour in the Vegetable oil..
- Stir thoroughly till you achieve smooth Cake batter
- Then Dispense Cake Batter into Cupcake Liners and
Bake for 30minutes using 150°C
