I don't really know what exactly you are going through right now, and I don't know how heavy it is for you, but I want to remind you that pain and sadness are not permanent.

You might not be feeling okay right now, or you might be suffering for so long, but I want you to know that no matter how long it takes, you will also HEAL yourself someday.

So I want you to tell yourself today that you are going to SURVIVE all your silent battles.
I want you not to give up on yourself, no matter how hard and painful your situation is.
I want you to pick up and help yourself today in order to move forward in life.

You can take all your time to grieve, hate, be lonely, and be hurt all you want, but remember to get up and FIGHT AGAIN whenever you are ready.

I don't know how tired you are right now in everything, but I want you to be PATIENT with yourself on the days that you feel like giving up in life.
I want to remind you that you should always choose to KEEP GOING, because that's the greatest thing that you can do for yourself.
Make yourself proud every day by choosing to LIVE even if you have ALL the reasons to give up.

I don't really know how deep your sadness is or how severe your pain is, but I hope you feel better soon. I hope you will SURVIVE and save yourself from the darkness.

Whatever happens in the future, I hope you will always get the HAPPINESS and HEALING that you deserve.
