As a child, i had this particular shop i do go to, to get balloons.
We will be asked to play a game and depending on what number won, that's the size of ballon we got ( I'm sure some of us remember 😁)
We never got the biggest size😂😂

That has been the beginning of my love for balloons.
We've got various colors of ballons to bring variety to our event and make it so so beautiful.

She loved the mug so does her brother.

Some days ago an aunty referred a friend to me who wanted to do a customized mug for her brother, so the aunty asked the price and i told her.

Then customer chatted me up and asked about the mug and by this time, the price went up a bit.
So i had to explain to her, she said she understood and gave me her specifications.

Note: If your prices had to go up a bit after a customer has made inquiry, do try to explain to them the reason. This will build trust with your customer.

Her gift was made ready before the day she wanted to pick up which she appreciated.
