Pancake Lovers

Ingredients
1 & 1/2 cups flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
4 Tbsp melted butter (unsalted)
3 Tbsp white sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
1. In a large bowl sift in flour, salt , baking powder , cinnamon powder and sugar . Then whisk .

2. In another bowl add melted butter, vanilla, egg and buttermilk . Mix well.

3. Pour the wet mixture into the flour mixture and use a wooden spoon to mix . DO NOT OVER MIX.

4. Switch on the stove to medium heat . Place the frying pan and add a little butter or margarine.

5. Use a measuring cup (preferably 1/3 cup) to scoop out the dough. Pour it in the pan . (One at a time).

6. Cook the pancakes for 3 minutes on each side.
Serve as it is or add syrup or honey or Nutella .

Note : I just threw in a bag of flavoured tea bag on my mixture . And the outcome was yum !
