How I built a successful full service catering business , .
Many years back when I was nobody, Having discovered early that i cooks well just more than my grandma cooks.I started having passion for each meals I prepared, years latter I lost my grandma so i left to stay with my Mum at Ibadan together with my Siblings.
Then it sounds as if I was been mad-treated among others, each and everytime I was the only one doing the cooking in the family,not know I was building my future gradually..... I got admissions and I study Catering &Hotel management....it's my heart choosing course anyway.
My Elder brother Wedding was the first attempted Cake I made then.
After finished from sch and worked in different firms and i decided in running my own catering business that would be fun and rewarding.
I started out small with few menu items. Before long, words had gone out on what i could do gradually demand increased. it's grown into a full catering service hosting hundreds of customers at one time.
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Fortunately one day all my Catering Buisness Collapsed in just a day..... Due to a sudden life challenges.....Sadden😭 I sold all I had with my sweat just in a day...hnmmmmmmm
I felt many times but today I thank God .🙏
Since the business kicked off years ago, I have been able to build a steady client base within ikorodu and and nearby area.
Here is strategy: “ In Lagos people have problem of time to cook bcos of our daily work in other to put foods on our tables,....
* We solve that problem by giving those healthily processed ready-made meals.
*We also offer families and homes ready-made pot of soups and stew in different sizes and combinations.
*We supply Chocolate popcorn to kiddie's and Adult party.
*We make Birthday cakes also of any kinds
We serve healthy Desserts and do supply Sorel (Zobo) drinks to individual people around ikorodu.
We complain a lot about capital in this part of the world and forget to look inward to what can be achieved with the available resources. This is not to underestimate the importance of capital, but you can always start from where you are with the resources you have. For example, I cook, bake and train from home.

Now Davjud gets offers for catering jobs, and doesn’t know in which location she would be next. People ask for her business card, and what kind of foods she can do for parties.
