How to make best puffpuff

Things you will need are
Flour 3 cups
Yeast 2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/4cup
Vanilla flavour (optional)
Water (warm or normal) make sure it’s not too warm if you want to use the warm
Add all dry ingredients in a bowl, then add water gradually until it’s wet but thick, beat until it’s smooth , add little flour if you have added too much water, then cover for min of 90 min or until risen , after rising , mix ti remove gas , then proceed to fry , oil should be hot to get the round shape , do this  when putting in oil.
Fry until golden brown.
